The last place to eat (but not least) is Captain Cook's Snack Company (yes Cook's not Hook's). This is a walk-up counter cafe in the Great Ceremonial House that offers breakfast and all-day dining. There are many food items to choose from. Stop on in and see what it has to offer.
Features include egg sandwiches, Tonga Toast, bakery bar, hamburgers, pizza, cold sandwiches, salads and novelty ice cream treats including Dole Whips!!! Yes that is right there are Dole Whips just like over in the Magic Kingdom. Now they don't make the floats but 
you can get as much as you can mound into the cup and you can even get it with a swirl of vanilla. If you are staying concierge you can make what I call a Tiki float by getting the Dole Whip and bringing it to the lounge and putting it ontop of a cup of the Passion Orange Guava juice. Also they still serve pizzas after the grill is closed so if you are back from the parks late you can go here to still get a hot meal. Most resorts (including Deluxe resorts) don't have food available 24 hours but the Polynesian does. This is also where you can get your refillable mugs.
Since they remodeled Captain Cook’s they have their own kitchen instead of sharing with Kona Café and they have plenty of seating. They removed some shops to add seating and there is a lot of seating outside to enjoy the nice days. I have heard different opinions on Captain Cook’s from many but I still find it one of the best counter service places in Disney World as far as food selection and quality. I was not much of a fan of the old menu and the only bad service I ever got at the Polynesian was a few times at Captain Cook’s but things have changed.
Captain Cook’s is also a great place to pick up sodas, milk, snacks, fruit, coffee, beer, etc. There are even fresh baked goods.

Captain Cook's is open 24 hours but the grill closes at 11:00 p.m.
